Daya Materials Bhd's unit has secured a RM270mil project to build three blocks of mixed property development along Jalan Sungai Besi for Yuk Tung Construction Sdn Bhd.
It said on Wednesday its unit Daya CMT Sdn Bhd had won the extensive competitive bidding exercise to secure the contract which would comprise of three blocks of 28-storey mixed development.
The first block would consisting of one block of 526 units small-office, home-office (22-storeys and 10 units office lot).
The second block would comprise of 335 units, 21-storey service apartment .
The third block would include 168 units, 21-storey service apartment, including a 7-1/2 storey podium car park and two-storey basement car park.
